Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intellifuel provides solutions across the fuel supply chain market. Downstream, the company helps petroleum marketers automate the entire order life cycle. Midstream, they provide terminal automation systems, custody transfer, terminal and railcar scheduling, inventory position management, and customer\/stockholder portal solutions.
